The entrance stairway
to the flats was gutted by fire. The clean up involved the removal of
asbestos debris. New emergency escape routes were formed and the
stairway was reinstated.

The existing upvc cladding was
removed and replaced with white shiplap boarding. The asbestos fascias
were removed and replaced with upvc jumbo board and the gutters
replaced.

The asbestos roofs and doors were
removed from seven blocks or garages. Plastisol Box profile sheeting was
used for the roof fascia replacement. Steel powder coated doors were
fitted and the pillars were rendered with a tyrolean and paint finish.
